Django Unchained star Kerry Washington went classic and sleek for last night's Golden Globe's–a nude, semi-sheer Miu Miu gown accentuated perfectly with blunt bangs and slick hair. Her creamy honey complexion looked absolutely to die for against the delicate champagne hue of the dress. While it was undoubtedly classy and ladylike, a few added touches-like sheer panels and a sleek cut-kept the look fresh and modern too.
I love how Kerry decided not to go the sugary sweet princess route (as many of her fellow starlets did) and edged-up her look with nude pointy-toe Prada pumps and the super straight hair/blunt bangs. And with her gown being rhinestone-embellished, I praise her for keeping her jewelry subtle with a simple Fred Leighton diamond bracelet and vintage Movado watch. Fabulous!
